This Privacy Policy explains how ZeeReader App ("zeereader", "we", "us", "畅读") collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. This policy applies to the App available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Profile Information: Profile picture, bio, preferences
• Support Requests: Messages sent to our support team

Information Collected Automatically :

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (IDFA/GAID), screen size, language settings
• Usage Data: Features used, screens viewed, actions taken, session duration, crash logs
• Network Information: IP address, mobile carrier, connection type (Wi-Fi/cellular)
• Location Data: We do NOT collect location data

Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions:

• Camera : To set profile image.
• Photo Library : To set profile image or upload images.
• Notifications : Push notifications for app updates.

You can revoke any permission at any time through your device settings.

Google Play Store (Android)

Advertising

We display ads through Google AdMob. These ads may be personalized based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising:

• iOS: Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising > turn off Personalized Ads
• Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization

Data Storage and Security

• Data is stored on secure servers provided by Akamai Cloud Services
• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
• We implement authentication and access controls
• Regular security reviews are conducted

Data Retention

• Account data: Until account deletion + 30 days
• User content: Until account deletion + 30 days
• Usage analytics: 12 months
• Crash logs: 60 days

Deleting Your Data

You can delete your account and data in two ways.

• In the App: Go to Settings > Contact us
• By email: Send a request directly to zeereaderapp@gmail.com.

We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained as required by law.
